Prepares the v0.1.0 release (milestone v0.1.0 — Foundation).

• CHANGELOG.md: ## [Unreleased] becomes ## [0.1.0] - 2026-10-31, under a new empty ## [Unreleased]. The intro line "has no releases yet" now says that versions follow SemVer and that 0.x releases may change the graph format.
• package.json and package-lock.json were already at 0.1.0, so there is no version bump.

Milestone audit (milestone-auditor): ready

• Adopt the jsartoolkitNFT data-oriented tracker facade (jsartoolkitNFT#720) #5: done in feat: adopt the jsartoolkitNFT tracker facade (#5) #13.
• Agent instructions for AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Gemini, Antigravity, Codex, Cursor) #7: done in docs: add agent instructions for AI coding tools #11. The first acceptance criterion was accepted on each tool's documentation; a hands-on check in Copilot, Gemini CLI and Antigravity will follow later.
• feat: tracking traces, replay and debugging tools #9: done in feat: tracking traces, replay and debugging tools (#9) #15.

GRAPH_VERSION stays 4: no format change in this release.

Next, after this PR: a PR from dev into master with Closes #5, Closes #7 and Closes #9, then the tag and the GitHub release, then closing the milestone.
