Hey there 👋,

I'm Vivek Raj — a DevOps · AIOps · Software Engineer with 8+ years across Sprinklr, Paytm, Airtel and PayU. As Lead Cloud Engineer at Sprinklr I lead the team running 100+ Kubernetes clusters on AWS, GCP and Azure, and I built Cosmic — an MCP gateway over 21+ DevOps tools that powers multi-tool workflows, a Kubernetes lens and AI agents. Earlier I led the migration of 50+ payment microservices from Ali Cloud to AWS at Paytm (25% lower operating cost).
