Workshop materials for learning napari, the open-source multi-dimensional image viewer for scientific data analysis.
The full workshop site is at napari.org/workshops. It brings together:
- Workshop catalogue: self-guided, modular workshop materials maintained by the napari team, free for anyone to learn from or teach with.
- Events: upcoming workshops, taught by the napari team or organized by the community.
- Past workshops: a record of workshops and tutorials about napariy.
- Instructor resources: organizer and instructor guides for running a session.
Contributions are encouraged — whether it's fixing typos, improving explanations, or adding new content. See CONTRIBUTING.md for setup and build instructions.
Taught a workshop about napari, or have one coming up? Open a pull request adding it
to docs/events.md (upcoming) or
