Treat model as a CSS replaced element with the same 300 by 150 CSS-pixel default object size as video. Use the displayed poster for natural dimensions and keep model geometry, bounds, and entityTransform independent of CSS natural sizing.

Reuse CSS sizing and HTML dimension-attribute rendering rules for width, height, and aspect ratio. Render fallback content as an ordinary element following the HTML object rules.

Addresses model-element issue #51 and #27.
