Block App Kit is an internal employee tool, separate from BuilderLab Apps. The
bl tools appkitcommand was carried over during the Berd migration and exposes it through the public BuilderLab CLI.This PR removes the
bl tools appkitcommand from the public CLI. The supported employee command,sq agent-tools appkit, already ships from the privateberd-internalCLI through the sq-kgoose package. We confirmed the documented command works from that package, and employee Blox builds install the same package. Removing BuilderLab's copy leaves that employee workflow in place.Hosted agents receive the fix when their image pins the merged CLI revision.
