Replaces react-query v3 with @tanstack/react-query v5 and reactflow v11 with @xyflow/react v12. @tisoap/react-flow-smart-edge moves to v5, which targets @xyflow/react, so smart edge routing is kept. - useQuery/useMutation calls use the v5 object signature - onSuccess on queries (removed in v5) is replaced with useEffect - getSmartEdge now returns an Error instead of null when no path is found - edgesUpdatable is renamed to edgesReconnectable Split out of apache#687. First piece of the #687 split, as Elijah suggested.
Swaps react-query v3 for @tanstack/react-query v5 and reactflow v11 for @xyflow/react v12. Kept the smart edge routing by bumping @tisoap/react-flow-smart-edge to v5 (it targets xyflow now), so the graph view looks the same as main. LICENSE-wheel regenerated.
Checked locally: tsc, lint, vitest, vite build, and clicked through the project list, app view/graph, and the counter demo against a running server.
