Summary

• Adds the approved responsive Sonar logo and a repository-specific introduction bounded as Marketing-owned content.

• Preserves technical instructions, configuration, compatibility, support and contribution policies, and licensing, except the explicitly listed editorial corrections.

• Removes retired rules-catalog and Jira links; keeps the existing community feedback route and contribution policy.

• Updates the README copyright range to end in 2026, preserving its starting year and copyright holder, as requested by Tom.
