Add terminal-driven regression tests for the prompt primitives (prompt, prompt_char, confirm_yn) via TerminalRegressionTests, building on the explicit-io refactor. Cases are declared as a table; goldens live in REPL/test/golden (regenerable with REGEN=1). Non-interactive command output cannot be snapshotted this way and keeps its smoke checks. Guarded VERSION < v"1.12" pending TRT VT100 support (JuliaDebug/TerminalRegressionTests.jl#24).

Drive the Data REPL end-to-end through an emulated terminal in Main, where the whole stack (including real transformers) resolves. Type `init` then `add`, feed the prompt responses, and assert the collection state; then drop the in-memory stack and reload from the written Data.toml, confirming both resolve again — the restart round-trip broken in #63. Uses the offline raw/passthrough drivers so nothing external is touched; TRT goldens live in test/golden (REGEN=1). Guarded VERSION < v"1.12" pending TRT VT100 support (JuliaDebug/TerminalRegressionTests.jl#24).
