  • Use a cleaner directory structure
  • Update some benchmarks and peripheral scripts for compatibility with newer Bergson features
  • Clean up the two-stage reranking example and make it more prominent

build.yaml now also fits the EK-FAC factors; query_and_rerank.yaml resumes
from them instead of refitting per query. Docs and the moved example
headers reference the new examples/ layout.
