Improve "Entity Settings > Restore/Reset Entity ID" During Unsaved Entity Rename where user wants to also rename the entity ID concurrnetly

Describe the enhancement

In Settings > Devices & Settings > Entities > Entity Settings there is a circlular "Restore/Reset Entity ID" button to the right of the Entity ID. Often, a user will be renaming the entity name and want to trigger a matching entity ID reset, but the circular reset button will do nothing until the entity rename is saved. It would be better for this entity ID reset to pull in any draft rename to the entity itself to avoid needing to go into the entity settings twice to effectuate a logically connected change.

Use cases

Useful for efficiency when renaming entities. In my case, this is already a tedious task because I removed the room names from the default entity naming convention (after a former HA update that change the default behavior for entity naming to include the room name).
