nodes registered twice on LB

Hello,

I've just noticed after the updates to the latest version v2.20.0 (could be also from before), that my nodes are registered twice on the LB. I don't think I have anything special regarding the LB, and CCM seems to be running on the cluster.

load_balancer_type     = "lb11"
load_balancer_location = "nbg1"
load_balancer_algorithm_type = "least_connections"
...
hetzner_ccm_use_helm = true

Should I use exclude_agents_from_external_load_balancers = true option? From the descriptions it's not clear to me if that option is for my setup, as I mentioned - I don't think I have any special LB setup.
