Show comment anchor text even if deleted

Some users reported that they don't delete text that has a comment above because then can't know what it was about. Sometimes they even keep just a letter or space to keep the location.
Google Docs (location is not shown in the doc of course since it's not there anymore) does this which might be interesting to have in BlockNote
