[Performance] Wide pre-mount 4/5: pre-mount lifecycle

Explanation of Change

Part 4/5 of splitting #102324.

Adds the pre-mount lifecycle: building and cancelling the hidden destination inside the tab navigator (wideTabPreMount), tracking it in preMountBuffer, and revealing it from revealRouteBeforeDismissingModal, with the Search write held until the panel is gone. A cancelled pre-mount no longer clears the totals of the visible Search. Browser Back or Forward to an entry saved before the reveal drops the revealed screen from under the report it was mounted under. Nothing builds a pre-mount yet.

Tests

Use an account with at least one workspace. If the Category row of the form shows Required, click it and pick any category before submitting.

Test 1 - submit from Home lands on Spend (wide)

1. On a wide layout (browser window at least 1440 px wide), click the Home tab.
2. Click the round + button at the bottom of the left navigation bar, then Create expense, then the Manual tab.
3. Make sure the first row of the form shows your workspace (<workspace name>, Submits to ...). If not, click that row, type the workspace name into Name, email, or phone number and select the workspace.
4. Type 1 in Amount and Test in Merchant, then click Create expense.
5. Verify that the panel closes and Spend > Expenses is shown with the new expense in the list.

Test 2 - submit from Inbox lands on the workspace chat (narrow)

1. On a narrow layout (phone, or browser window under 800 px wide), open the Inbox tab (the chat list).
2. Tap the round + button in the bottom right corner, then Create expense, then the Manual tab.
3. Make sure the first row of the form shows your workspace (<workspace name>, Submits to ...). If not, click that row, type the workspace name into Name, email, or phone number and select the workspace.
4. Type 1 in Amount and Test in Merchant, then click Create expense.
5. Verify that the form closes onto the workspace chat ('s expenses) with the new expense.

Test 3 - closing the form without submitting (narrow)

1. On a narrow layout, open the Home tab.
2. Tap the round + button in the bottom right corner, then Create expense, then the Manual tab.
3. Close the form with the back arrow in its header.
4. Verify that the Home page is shown as before, and nothing else appears after the form closes.
