Hi everyone! I’d like to share fasthtml-starter, a GitHub template for building FastHTML apps with user accounts already wired up.
I built it to show how UserHarbor, my Python library for authentication, authorization, and user management, fits into a FastHTML app. FastHTML renders the pages on the server, and HTMX handles partial page updates.

I also wrote a tutorial that walks through building the same app from scratch and shows how the UserHarbor account flows connect to FastHTML routes and pages.
If you try the template or follow the tutorial, I’d love to hear what you think!
